The only exception right now is our digital offering, In Memory of Magick. As stated on the offering page, refunds may be issued if requested within 48 hours of purchase, should you decide the journey is not for you after all. If a refund has not been requested within 48 hours of purchase, the offering is no longer refundable and becomes final sale.
At this time, only our digital offering, In Memory of Magick, is refundable within 48 hours of purchase. Following the 48 hour window, the offering becomes final sale.
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your PayPal or bank account again.
If you paid by credit card, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you paid directly from your bank account, you may wish to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

All items and offerings purchased at a sale price are final sale and cannot be refunded.
