Please contact us before returning any products.
All returns will require your order number for reference. For misprinted/damaged/defective products, please send clear photos to avoid any delays with the printing facility.
Any misprinted/damaged/defective products (merchandise) must be brought to our attention within 15 days after the product has been received. We will contact the printing facility in the event of misprints/defects, and request an exchange for you.
For packages lost in transit, it must be brought to our attention no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Please contact the courier responsible for delivering your package before contacting us, in case they’re just missing a detail or two.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier and the courier cannot reach you, the shipment may be returned to the printing facility. If it is returned to the printing facility, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the printing facility and you will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
Please allow us time to communicate with the printing facility if you choose to contact us about a return.
Products that are produced outside of Canada may incur customs/duties/fees during delivery. You will be responsible for these fees (if and as applicable).
