shipping & returns policy

Overview

We include all important information in our product descriptions to encourage conscious purchasing decisions. Please be sure to read all product descriptions (and this policy) carefully before placing your order.

Due to their personalised nature, all of our services are final sale.

Products

Please contact us before returning any products. 

All returns will require your order number for reference. For misprinted/damaged/defective products, please send clear photos to avoid any delays. Any misprinted/damaged/defective products (merchandise) must be brought to our attention within fourteen (14) days after the product has been received. We will contact the printing facility in the event of misprints/defects, and request an exchange for you. 

For packages lost in transit, it must be brought to our attention no later than fourteen (14) days after the estimated delivery date. Please contact the courier responsible for delivering your package before contacting us, in case they’re just missing a detail or two. 

Shipping

WRONG ADDRESS

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier and the courier cannot reach you, the shipment may be returned to the printing facility. If it is returned to the printing facility, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed Packages

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the printing facility and you will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Please allow us time to communicate with the printing facility if you choose to contact us about a return. 

customs, duties & fees

Products that are produced outside of Canada may incur customs/duties/fees during delivery. You will be responsible for these fees, including things like tariffs (if and as applicable). 

All merchandise shipping fees are calculated by the printing facility.

sale/clearance items

Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

wrong order

If you receive the wrong order, or the item/size is incorrect, first of all, we sincerely apologise. If this happens, please contact us right away at admin@thecorvuscircle.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible about next steps.
